    Leigh has been on the SSA team for more than 10 years and has developed a 30-year friendship with SSA’s president, Ken Schwartz.     892,000 workers have chosen to leave the industry amidst the pandemic. At first, it was thought to be due to industry instability, but studies have shown that it goes well beyond that.
