Perlick is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. To request a return, please review the following guidelines:
Eligibility
- Products must be in new and unused condition (e.g. laser paper intact) in original packaging.
- Products must have a minimum net value of $250.
- Return requests must be submitted within 90days of the original ship date
- Approved items must be returned within 30days of the RMA issue date.
The following items are not returnable:
- Custom Products (including Modbar Equipment and custom modified equipment)
- Beer Systems (including trunk housing)
- Pre-Assembled Underbar
- Remote Backbar Refrigerators
- Equipment with top cut for tower or drain
- Parts or equipment under $250
- Products with laminate applied
- Equipment for which the laser film has been removed
- Equipment with laser paper removed
- Obsolete items
Authorization & Photos
- A return material authorization (RMA) must be issued prior to returning product.
- Photos must be submitted prior to issuance of RMA.
Inspection & Fees
- Returns are subject to inspection.
- Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of 35% plus transportation costs.
- If denied, customer has 48 hours to arrange pickup.
