What’s Optional in Back Bar Refrigeration

You need a back bar refrigeration system that fits your bar’s unique layout. Perlick’s Self-Contained and Remote Back Bar Refrigerators feature customizable options, from lighting to finish choices.

1. Door Model

Perlick back bar designs have several door models to choose from. The majority of our back bar refrigerators are available in 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-door models. Some of our back bar coolers, such as the Dual-Zone Back Bar Refrigerated Cabinets, are offered exclusively in 1- or 2-door models.

2. Glass and Door Finishes

Customize your back bar refrigerator with Perlick’s exclusive door and glass finishes. They include:

• Field Laminated

3. Drawers

If you’re purchasing a unit such as the DZS60 Series Self-Contained Back Bar Refrigerator, you’ll be able to choose from the following finishes for wine and standard refrigeration:

• Field Laminated
• Stainless Steel
• Laminated
• Black

This allows operators to choose finishes that meet their bar or restaurant’s specific design aesthetic.

4. LED Lighting

All back bar refrigeration systems from Perlick include LED lighting as a standard feature. Note: our Self-Contained Dual-Zone Refrigeration product only features LED lighting in the DZS60 model.

LED lights last 20 percent longer and are 50 percent more efficient than traditional bulbs, reducing energy bills and saving time spent replacing bulbs.

LED light color choices include crisp white and cool blue.

5. Temperature Ranges

Perlick back bar refrigeration also features your choice of temperature settings, based on your refrigerator’s expected use and product storage. Our basic refrigerator temperature range is 34 to 42 degrees Fahrenheit. We also offer a factory setting for white and red wine. For white, the temperature is set to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while for red, the temperature is set to 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

What’s Standard in Back Bar Refrigerators

Options aside, all of our Perlick back bar refrigerators come with door locks for top-level safety and security. Our coolers are also certified by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). These certifications mean our back bar refrigerators are approved for open food storage as well as storage for wine and other bottled or canned drinks.
