Dean Nienhuis Announced as Perlick President

We're excited to welcome Dean Nienhuis as Perlick’s new President. With deep experience in strategy, operations, sales, and product development, most recently serving as President of a global metal machinery manufacturer, Dean brings proven leadership in building high-performance teams and guiding organizations through accelerated growth. 

Together with Theodore "TJ" Perlick Molinari , our fifth-generation family leadership team, and a dynamic group of emerging leaders, Dean will help guide Perlick into one of the most exciting chapters in its history — honoring our legacy while building what’s next, right here in Milwaukee. As President, Nienhuis will report to TJ and oversee daily operations, cross-functional alignment, and execution of the company’s long-term strategic vision. Perlick also recognizes Jeffrey Schwager , former President and General Manager, for his outstanding leadership and contributions. Schwager will continue to serve on Perlick’s Board of Directors and support the transition. 🙌
