Perlick Classified as Essential Business, Remains Operating to Support Your Business

Today, March 24, 2020, the Department of Health Services for the State of Wisconsin issued a Safer at Home Order. The order requires the closure of all non-essential businesses to help curb the growth of the COVID-19 virus. Based on government guidelines, Perlick is designated as an essential manufacturer. Perlick provides products and services to essential businesses, operations, and infrastructure projects that are identified in the order.

While remaining open we have taken actions to protect our associates. We adjusted all workstations to abide by the CDC, OSHA, and state health department guidelines to keep a minimum of six feet away from all other colleagues and safely perform job duties.

All office associates will continue to work from home until April 24th (note: that date could change based on COVID-19 updates). Office associates will be online and available during normal Perlick business hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday.

Thus far our supply chain has not been impacted by the coronavirus, and production remains on schedule. While we don’t expect our supply chain will be disrupted in the future, we do have a plan in place in case that does happen. We are working closely with our vendors to determine any potential impacts or delays.

Dear Perlick Customer,

  • Perlick remains committed to the health and safety of our associates and to our business partners like you throughout this unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. We want to inform you of the steps we are taking to ensure we abide by social distancing guidelines to keep our employees safe, as well as what we are doing to ensure we get your products to you in a timely manner.
  • Our factories are fully functional. We adjusted all workstations to ensure all employees can safely abide by the CDC social guidelines to stay a minimum of six feet away from all colleagues. Due to the safety precautions and measurements we implemented, we do not expect any disruptions in production at this time.
  • Most Perlick office employees are required to work from home, holding all meetings virtually. Most Perlick employees working from home will be available between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CDT, Monday – Friday, keeping Perlick’s traditional work hours
  • Perlick instituted a no visitor policy, thus no partners, clients or customers are allowed in the building starting March 17 and ending on March 27.
    Note: The March 27 date could change pending COVID-19 updates
  • As for any potential supply chain disruptions due to COVID-19, we have been closely monitoring our production for any potential disruptions to our customers. We wanted to let you know that thus far our supply chain has not been impacted by the coronavirus, and production remains on schedule. While we don’t expect our supply chain will be disrupted in the future, we do have a plan in place in case that does happen. We are working closely with our vendors to determine any potential impacts or delays. We realize this situation remains very dynamic. We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates if we experience a supply chain disruption that could result in a delay for our customers.
