Currently a professional engineer at Tetra Tech concentrating on the evaluation of energy efficiency programs and projects. At Perlick, he serves on the Audit Committee.

Steve Bergum
Family Board Member
Steve is a proud member of the fourth generation of family leadership at Perlick Corporation. He joined the company in 1974, serving as special assistant to Robert Perlick and Board secretary. After rotating through various departments and serving as operations manager from 1982 to 1995, he was named Co-CEO with Larry Molinari and retired 16 years later. Now, as a continuing active family board member, his primary focus is guiding the transition of the company to the next generation of leaders and ensuring the success of its changeover to a professional fiduciary Board. Before joining Perlick, Steve earned a US Navy commission, serving at Naval Security HQ in Washington DC, and worked in sales for American Hospital Supply in New England. Returning to Wisconsin, he graduated from Marquette Law School in 1974.

Todd Endres
Board Member
In keeping with his impressive career as a financial leader for manufacturing companies with strong cultures and employee engagement, Todd joined the Perlick Board of Directors in 2018. He brings his extensive professional experience—as well as a passion for family business—to bear in his fiduciary role as chairman of the Audit Committee. Currently, he is executive vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer, and secretary for Charter Manufacturing Company, Inc., a privately held company with annual sales in excess of $1 billion.

Lindsey Linder
Vice President, Human Resources
Lindsey leads Perlick Corporation’s strategic growth efforts, including driving top talent attraction and retention by becoming an employer of choice, building a culture founded on family values, and creating HR programs that enable both individual and organizational excellence. Before joining Perlick, she was chief human resources officer at the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and held positions at Rexnord Corporation and Broan-NuTone, LLC.

Rebecca Edwards
Vice President Marketing and Sales
With a 32-year career in product, channel, brand and sales management including executive leadership, Rebecca leads Perlick’s go-to-market sales, brand marketing, product management, and industrial design teams. Before joining the company, she led B2B, B2C, and eCommerce marketing and sales initiatives for industry leading global brands including Master Lock, SentrySafe, Huffy Sports, Sterling Plumbing and Amerock.

Larry Molinari
Chairman Emeritus
For all but six years of his working life, Larry has worked for the Perlick Corporation, joining the company in 1974. His dedication to Perlick’s success after having joined the family by marriage in 1972 has made him part of the Perlick legacy in the fourth generation of ownership. After assuming several progressively responsible roles over the years, he served as Co-CEO from 1995 to 2011. After retirement from day-to-day operations, he continued as a director on the Perlick board and was elected chairman in 2018. He successfully stewarded leadership of the business to the fifth generation and currently serves as Chairman Emeritus, maintaining active involvement in the company’s continued growth.

Tom Nackers
Vice President IT and Services
An experienced IT professional, Tom has been leading the Perlick Corporation Information Technology team since October 2019. Driven to use technology to improve external and internal stakeholder experiences, service and support, he is a key contributor to the formulation and ongoing execution of Perlick’s digital strategy. Previously, he held IT leadership positions at Oshkosh Corporation and AT&T.

Laurie Bergum Navarro
Director of Employee Engagement
Family Board Member
Drawn by the Perlick legacy and sharing the passion of keeping the company family owned, Laurie joined the company part-time in 2009 and took on a full-time role in 2018. In her role as a Perlick Corporation manager, she works directly with associates at all levels to create a culture that instills pride in the products the company makes and fosters an enduring commitment to quality.

Theodore “TJ” Perlick Molinari
Vice President, Commercial and International Sales
Lead Family Board Member
Among the fifth generation of his family to work in the business, TJ joined Perlick Corporation in 2014 following an eight-year legal career. He worked his way through several progressive roles at the company, including customer service and factory production supervisor, to his current executive position. TJ is responsible for driving Commercial and International revenue growth, and for development and oversight of Perlick’s strategic plan for the future growth of its premium brand and continued industry leadership. As the lead voice for the family on the Board of Directors, TJ works with the board chair to ensure shareholder expectations are met and the company endures for the next generation. He also serves as corporate secretary and on the Audit Committee.

David Perlick-Molinari
Family Board Member
David is part of the company’s fifth generation of family ownership. Honored to continue the legacy, he serves as an active member of the Perlick Corporation Board of Directors and as chairman of its Governance Committee. In addition to his roles at Perlick, he is a family-business founder in his own right (along with brother Robert) of YouTooCanWoo, an audio postproduction and music company in New York serving the arts, entertainment, and advertising industries worldwide.

Robert Perlick-Molinari
Shareholder
As a member of the Perlick family and part of the fifth generation still actively involved in preserving the Perlick Corporation legacy, Robert focuses on shareholder and governance issues and making sure the company continues to lead the industry well into the next 100 years. He works alongside his brother David in their other family business as head of Label and A&R operations at Brooklyn-based music studio YouTooCanWoo, including directing the company’s new indie disco and house label, toucan sounds.

Jeff Schwager
Chairman of the Board
A seasoned manufacturing executive and business leader, Jeff believes the opportunity to work with family businesses that want to remain privately held and grow through multigenerational transitions is very rewarding. Presented with an invitation to join the Perlick Corporation Board of Directors in 2018, he eagerly accepted and has committed to helping the company build on its history and grow to new heights. Currently, he is CEO of specialty cheesemaker Sartori Company, an 81-year-old Wisconsin-based family business with a market presence in more than 50 different countries. On the Executive Board of the Consortium for Common Food Names, Jeff also serves as the vice chairman of the United States Dairy Export Council Trade Policy Committee and on the boards of a number of privately held companies.

Tracy Pearson
Chief Financial Officer and Team Lead
Tracy joined Perlick in 2021, providing key value to the company’s financial function based on her wide-ranging expertise in driving revenue, building financial infrastructures, and facilitating strategic alignment to create high-performing organizations. With a Big 4 accounting background and more than 30 years of experience in multiple industries, her most recent leadership roles were serving as CFO and senior vice president at Regal Ware Worldwide.

Julian Wiles
Chief Operating Officer
Julian leads Operations and Engineering at Perlick, working closely with our sales teams on improving our production and operations to support our customers. Julian’s customer focused leadership and vast process building strategies are key-contributors to the operational goals of the organization. Julian brings more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics operations, and Lean Transformation to our team. His most recent roles centered on global operations and supply chain as Senior Vice President of North American Operations for a Truvant, and as Vice President of Operations for a M Holland. Prior to that, Julian spent 18 years at SC Johnson in several Supply Chain roles including Global Lean and Global Logistics and Manufacturing.
