ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

  • The AR Specialist is responsible for owning the accuracy of both invoicing, cash application and all related tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • The Customer Service Representative is responsible for fulfilling the customers’ needs to ensure customer satisfaction. They play an important role in attracting potential customers by answering product questions. They will be processing orders, providing order status, providing quotes, and solving any problems or issues that arise.

DESIGN ENGINEER

  • This position will provide technical guidance in the product development process. They will work with Designers, Layout Drafters, and Detailers providing design interpretation and guidance during drawing preparation. They will instruct, assist and check work of other department members for form, fit, and functional accuracy and for conformance to industry and company standards. They will provide drawings and data to formulate design concepts and criteria.

DIRECTOR OF ORGANIZATIONAL EXCELLENCE

  • This role also provides oversight to the creation and overall design, development, and implementation of program and project management planning activities that will provide greater focus on ensuring timely execution of corporate initiatives, delivering high quality outcomes on budget, and utilizing resources efficiently and effectively.

ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

  • This position is a key role in the Engineering and Manufacturing functions. They are responsible for inspection, repair, rework, troubleshoot, and updating complex refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical systems. They will also be building prototypes for new and modified product offerings.

GENERAL LABOR – ASSEMBLER - $15.22/HOUR + $1.00/HOUR SHIFT PREMIUM (2ND SHIFT)

  • The General Labor will be performing accurate and timely assembly operations to fabricate sub-assemblies using a limited number of parts and tools. Use a rule, scale, calipers, and micrometer to check and inspect work according to blue-print specifications. Work closely with other production workers to maintain quality standards and ensure a safe work environment. This candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently.

PLANNING COORDINATOR

  • The Planning Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling jobs and assisting in prioritizing work orders. They will be working closely with supervisors on the production floor and following up on delays, schedule changes, and issues that arise.

PRODUCT ENGINEERING MANAGER

  • The Product Engineering Manager develops, adheres to, and continuously improves engineering procedures with input of staff, peers, and the executive team. The role will use the value analysis/value engineering process to drive margin improvement and enhance product development for assigned product categories.

PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

  • The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the growth, profitability and financial return of the company’s product portfolio through innovation and customer insight.  They will provide leadership on complex product development projects from concept to delivery and to a cross functional team.

Welder B - $24.60/hour + $1.00/hour shift premium (2nd Shift)

  • Perform welding operations on a standard and repetitive line of cabinet and component parts following prescribed procedures where parts are positioned in fixtures or turning jigs.
