Refrigeration/Project Engineer

  • This role is responsible for working closely with the Product Management team to communicate technology opportunities as well as support current product inquiries regarding subject matter. Help drive new product development opportunities by planning, designing, and managing refrigeration systems for commercial and residential markets. Responsible for identifying and developing new refrigeration technologies and demonstrating opportunities via prototyping and proof of concept demonstrations. 

Sheet-Metal Cell

  • This role is responsible for the operation of the CNC laser and turret cutting machine as well as supporting the production team by de-nesting parts, operating machinery, bending, punching or sawing of metal products as instructed by supervisors. Operator must have complete knowledge of shield gases used during laser cutting operation to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.

Spot Welder

  • Perlick Spot Welders use hand-welding or flame-cutting equipment to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products. This person is responsible for clamping, holding, tack-welding, heat-bending, and grinding component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding while working off of blueprints.

TIG Welder

  • This individual is responsible for fitting and welding steel, aluminum and stainless parts using the tungsten inert gas welding process. They are required to set up the welding machines based on the job at hand. Must be able to proficiently read and interpret blueprints to determine the specific welding requirements all while ensuring the work is done safely and meets quality standards.
