| 1962 | Century Beer System is introduced at the Worlds Fair in New York City. Century was the first glycol beer system and could transport beer 100 feet |
| 1966 | The Perlick Coporation moved to the newly-constructed 240,000-square-foot manufacturing and office facility on Milwaukee’s far northwestside at 83rd and Good Hope Rd. |
| 1975 | Perlick introduces a new concept in underbar stainless design, calling it "Topshelf Modular Workboards" |
| 2002 | Perlick redesigns the Century Beer System to go up to 1,000 feet, which allows more design flexibility for stadium projects. |

| 2009 | Perlick launches the company’s first ever 24-inch ADA-Compliant collection of products |
| 2009 | Perlick holds dedication ceremony for the opening of the new Robert D. Perlick Draft Beer Training Center. |
| 2009 | Perlick introduces a revolutionary new stainless steel sanitary beer faucet and names it The 'Perl' |
| 2011 | Perlick introduces the World’s First 18-inch Shallow-Depth line of Refrigerators, Beverage Centers and Wine Reserves. |
