Perlick Introduces Dual Zone Back Bar for Beer and Wine Storage

MILWAUKEE, WI – June 11, 2008
Perlick Corporation is proud to announce our exclusive Dual Zone back bar. The Dual Zone has the versatility to please both the beer lover and the wine connoisseur by providing different temperature zones to chill beer, white wine and/or red wine.  The Dual Zone comes with two separate, customizable compartments for beer and wine.    

The Dual Zone’s temperature feature allows the cabinet to be configured in three ways:

• Left compartment = beer at 38°; right compartment = white wine at 50° to 55°
• Left compartment = beer at 38°; right compartment = red wine at 60° to 65°
• Left compartment = white wine at 50° to 55°; right compartment = red wine at 60° to 65°

The Dual Zone has a large capacity, and can be customized even further with virtually any finish or paint color. “Restaurants, hotels, casinos, night clubs, stadiums, breweries and airports can store up to 7 ½ cases of beer in one compartment and 48 bottles of wine in the other,” says Larry Molinari, CEO for Perlick Corporation.
