The Beer Station has to incorporate the following features:

  • Allow the beer trunk lines to surface at station.
  • Provide a custom length bar drainer for 4 decorative import towers of differing shapes.
  • Include a spritzer in the bar drainer.
  • Provide glass storage at station.
  • Enclose the interior above the backsplash to hide (but keep accessible) the plumbing for the spritzer, drainer and beer towers.
  • Provide a bridge with scrap hole over a Slim Jim trash receptacle immediately adjacent.
  • It must be part of the Modular Bar System.
  • It cannot be any deeper than 24” off the bar die.

The Liquor Step has to incorporate the following features:

  • The Modular Bar pedestal base under the Liquor Steps must have enough space to contain a McCann’s Big Mac carbonator.
  • It must be accessible from both the bartender side and the customer side through the removable bar die panels.
  • The removable front base panel (bartender side) must be louvered.
