Perlick Announces 2007 “Founder’s Award” Winner

MILWAUKEE, WI – November 1, 2007 – Richard (Rick) Spoerl, a manufacturer’s representative for the Perlick Corporation since 1991, has been bestowed the company’s “Founder’s Award” for 2007.

This prestigious honor, presented biennially at the NAFEM (North American Food Equipment Manufacturers) trade show, is awarded to the Perlick sales representative who best exemplifies those qualities that have been synonymous with the Perlick name since 1917; qualities that include professionalism, integrity, team-work, loyalty and quality performance day-in and day-out.

Rick is the seventh recipient of the Perlick “Founder’s Award”, started in 1995. The winner is chosen based on votes received from fellow representatives as well as corporate sales personnel. Rick represents the state of Wisconsin for Perlick. He was recently cited at their national sales meeting as the Perlick rep with the largest percentage of package underbar sales in the marketplace. A typical bar ‘package’ includes refrigerated equipment, underbar stainless steel and a beer dispensing system. Rick says he owes his success to “building an honest reputation as a bar equipment specialist with specifiers, dealers and end-users alike.” Congratulations Rick, and continued success!
